Our passion and love of honey began nearly 40 years ago when Paul Whitehead, founding director, embarked on his career as a beekeeper. It wasn’t long before Paul found himself driven by a desire to spend his days amongst nature, in the pure, clean fresh air and vast New Zealand landscape. Paul discovered that caring for the intelligent species of bees is no ordinary task, it requires a significant level of patience, expertise, and a lot of love, resulting in an authentic and high-quality honey for you to enjoy.
